Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and plan changes. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Model
ImgGo operates on a usage-based subscription model:
- Monthly Plans: Billed monthly in advance. Includes a set number of API requests per month.
- Yearly Plans: Billed annually in advance. Typically includes savings compared to monthly billing.
- Free Plan: Always free with limited usage. No payment required.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all paid features until the period ends
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- You will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing period
- Unused API requests do not roll over and are forfeited upon cancellation
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with ImgGo for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. After the 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you were charged in error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect pricing), please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund.
4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you gain access to increased limits.
Downgrades
When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for downgrades. Your existing quota remains available until the period ends.
5. Overage Charges and Credits
Similar to other API services (e.g., OpenAI, Cloudinary):
- No Prepaid Credits: ImgGo does not use a prepaid credit system. All plans are subscription-based with monthly quotas.
- Overage Handling: If you exceed your plan's request limit, additional requests may be throttled or blocked. We may offer overage billing for Enterprise plans on a case-by-case basis.
- No Credit Rollovers: Unused requests do not roll over to the next billing period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible charges:
- Contact us at support@img-go.com
- Include your account email, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended. We encourage you to work directly with our support team to resolve billing issues before involving your payment provider.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
